ABSTRACT

Case report of a patient with coronary artery disease and mild ventricular dysfunction who presented fatigue and reduced exercise tolerance. Clinical worsening was documented in the cardiopulmonary exercise test (CPET) and renal etiology was identified as a cause for the alterations on ventilatory variables. Patient initiated dialytic therapy and there was improvement in symptoms and CPET variables.
