This is a case report patient with ischemic heart disease included in exercise-based cardiac rehabilitation, 3 years follow-up, he has improved functional capacity, quality of life and ventricular ejection fraction, without hospitalizations and cardiovascular events in the period. Cardiac Rehabilitation is considered safety and effective as part of medical treatment of coronary artery disease and heart failure.
